Antique Victorian 9ct Gold Gate Bracelet with Heart Shaped Padlock Clasp c1900. A pretty Heavyweight Victorian 9ct Gold Gate Bracelet dating to c1900, which is approx' 18.5cms long (internal circumference including Padlock Clasp) and approx' 18.00mm wide.

This wonderful Antique Bracelet, which weighs a substantial 23.8 grams, has alternate'Brick Link' sections and'Scroll Twist' Panels highlighted with polished and granulated finishes to the links. Overall it is in good condition with expected signs of wear to the surface - commensurate with age there are surface scratches and a few dings, but this is reflected in the price. The Bracelet has been tested and is guaranteed to be made from solid 9ct Gold.

It comes complete & ready to wear with it's Safety Chain and Heart Shaped Padlock Clasp, which works perfectly. Typical of the Period the Bracelet is stamped with a Fineness Mark'9ct' on the end link and on the reverse side of the Heart Shaped Padlock Clasp, as shown, confirming that it is made from solid 9ct Gold.
