I do make this in adult lengths also, but on a baby or child it does look super cute! Please note on sizing: At approx 8.5mm in diameter this is a chunky link so a longer length will be required than a flat style bracelet so I'd recommend the bracelet to be 1.5 inches more than the actual wrist measurement. For very young babies if six inches is too long the fastener can be clipped in on a shorter link, this will then leave grow room to probably fit all through junior school years. If a bit more length was ever needed extra jump rings or a second fastener could easily be added.

To take it right up to adult size in the future, a working jeweller could even add a pendant to the middle of the bracelet like an ID tag style It'd be nice to say as an adult that you still wear something that you got for your Christening or baby shower!
