Beautiful Victorian Rare 9ct Gold, Jet & Seed Pearl Initial E, Ribbon Bracelet. Here is the most beautiful victorian rare 9ct gold, jet & seed pearl initial bracelet. The bracelet is on a black & creme woven strong silk ribbon which adjusts so should fit any size, with a 9ct gold adjuster buckle. This is a victorian initial bracelet which are usually just made of 9ct gold, but this one is unusual & a quality rare example.
The initial is made of whitby jet with a 9ct yellow gold initial E, which is then inset with real white seed pearls, with the border white guilloche enamelled and the initial is inset with tiny real seed pearls, white/silver in colour with their natural sheen & its very clearly marked for the early 9ct gold mark. This bracelet dates very clearly to the victorian period and was probably a mourning piece, but i think this piece is still very wearable as with age has one seed pearl missing which can easily be replaced if necessary, see pics but its not obvious to the naked eye, so doesnt detract. This really is a beautiful victorian quality bracelet in very good origional complete condition and such a lovely rare quality example of these. Please note relisted due to timewasting non paying ebayer, Alfrevi, but its certainly to anothers advantage. I love antique jewellery, so hope that you to can appreciate my items, that have been pre loved with history.
