Antique 9ct Gold Curb Bracelet with Heart Padlock & Safety Chain - 20.5 Grams This beautiful antique bracelet has no hallmark but every link is marked'9' and the padlock has the 9ct mark as well as makers mark WG & S - William Griffiths and Sons of Birmingham. Going by the style of the makers mark it looks like this bracelet dates from 1904 - 1905.

Also stamped on the padlock is 9CT. Although the links are not solid all the way through, this is a substantial bracelet weighing 20.5 grams. The bracelet should fit a wrist of about 61/2 inches/ 16 or 17cm Each link is 11.5mm wide and the padlock is 16mm wide. The padlock works really well and the whole bracelet is in good looking condition.

Some of the links are split on the inside (but they are safe and secure) and there are a few very minor dents. The safety chain is soldered on one end with a tiny bit of lead solder but it's hardly noticeable. You can see the condition well in the photos.
