It has a fully hallmarked padlock clasp, which is not fitted to the safety chain as it is not meant to on this piece because there is no safety chain bail fixed to the clasp.

Padlock is hallmarked for Birmingham 1900. The bracelet has a typical victorian'9c' stamp to one end. It has a fitted rose gold safety chain.

The bracelet has hollow links to give the impression its heavier. Some links have some dints in them and some have old lead solder inside, but hard to notice when wearing. Respectable weight of 12 grams. Links are 7mm in width.
