Antique 9ct Rose Gold Curb Chain Bracelet

  
This is a lovely, heavy antique rose gold curb chain bracelet. (No safety chain but NOT scrap). I was told several years ago that it was Edwardian and the process of making these chains was to hand solder each link. Length of links minus the heart-shaped padlock clasp is 7.5 inches.

Width of links approx 1 centimetre. (Bearing in mind the links are curved, not flat and hard to measure). This is an old chain and there are obviously marks commensurate with age and wear; the hallmark on the oval link is worn and hard to read but I have photographed it as best I can. These kinds of chains are now getting rarer and it is a lovely piece despite (or because of) its age.

The value will only increase in years to come. Please examine all images carefully. I do not know what the hallmark on the padlock means, or exactly what year this bracelet was made. All weights and measurements are approximate.
