Ladies 9ct gold open heart belcher bracelet with open heart plain and patterned links 15 grams 7.5 inches. Think the heart is cubic zirconia going off others I've seen similar. I did go to a couple of jewellers and it is genuine. This was a gift to my daughter from her ex, say no more! , which she does not want, so never been worn.
