This high end timepiece is offered in excellent condition. The case & bracelet are made from 9ct gold, hallmarked for Birmingham in various places. The watch looks stunning and has attracted a number of compliments since being in my ownership.

The watch has just come back from having a brand new genuine omega crown and stem fitted. The new crown is not compatible with the quickset date function (wasn't available at the time) so the date is simply changed by advancing the time.

The movement runs strongly when wound but sometimes the hands are not being driven by the movement seconds hand ticks regardless but minute and hour hands don't move. Therefore, whilst the watch movement works some adjustment is needed in order to rectify the hand issue. Although it is probably an easy fix for a watchmaker, I would prefer to sell the watch to a new owner as I simply cannot afford to wait the few weeks for it to be sent off and repaired. This is truly a beautiful item, showing some wear from almost 50 years of use. It is extremely rare to find an OMEGA watch of this age with a solid gold bracelet. Not only this, the original papers which are included further make this one extra special. The watch weighs 47g in total.
